Description

Clove bud essential oil is extracted from the dried flower buds of Syzygium aromaticum through steam distillation. It is a powerful and versatile oil with a warm, spicy, slightly sweet, and penetrating aroma.

Clove bud essential oil contain about 80% of eugenol and well-known for its potent antimicrobial, antifungal and antioxidant properties. In aromatherapy, it is valued for its warming and stimulating effects, often used to invigorate the senses, enhance mental clarity, and provide a sense of protection and strength.

Benefits and Uses

Acts as a natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory. Can numb pain when applied (diluted) to the affected area. Caution: Highly potent — always dilute to 0.5–1% for topical use. Avoid use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and on young children unless under professional guidance. Not recommended for internal use
