Rosemary smudge stick is a hand-tied rosemary bundle at about 4 inch length.
Rosemary smoke is believed to clear away negative energy, much like sage or cedar. It’s used to purify the air, objects, or spaces and ideal for energetic cleansing after arguments, illnesses, or emotional heaviness.

Each stick is about 30g ~ 40g. As this is a hand-tied bundle, it's weight and size may vary batch to batch.
Hold one end of the sage bundle at a 45-degree angle and light it with a match or lighter. Let it burn for about 30 seconds, then gently blow out the flame. The bundle should start to smolder, releasing smoke.
