What is covered

We warrants that all electronic devices purchase from Earth Esprit official store are free from defects in manufacturing, materials within warranty period.

How long is the warranty period

3 months to 1 year warranty depends on model (please refer each product page) starting from purchase date.

Who is covered

This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift only in Singapore.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. 
  2. Cosmetic or incidental damages. 
  3. Damage caused by unauthorised alteration, modification or repair of the product.
  4. Damage caused by natural disaster.

What we will do

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a comparable or improved product at our option. If you return a defective product within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit. Replacement units sent to replace products returned to us after the first 30 days from date of purchase may be refurbished units of similar cosmetic wear.

What we will not do

We will not pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes.

What to do to obtain warranty service

To obtain warranty service for products purchased from Earth Esprit official store, you must return the product with proof of purchase using the following procedures:

  1. Send in request via Contact Form in our website: https://www.earthesprit.com/pages/contact-us
  2. Fill in relevant details and submit.
  3. We will assign a return order number to you via email upon receipt of your request.
  4. We will require you to send us purchase receipt for verification and image or video on the defect parts.
  5. Label the return order number at the shipping box or envelope and ship to our address provided in email.
  6. Return packaging not bearing a return order number where required may be refused.
