This oil blend is a combination of botanical ingredients such as Lavender, Atlas Cedarwood, Roman Chamomile, Neroli, Sweet Marjoram, Vetiver and Sandalwood essential oils.
Uses
Diffuser: Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser or follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Direct inhalation: Add a few drops to diffusing wood or stone and sniff directly.
Cotton bath: Add a few drops to the cotton bath and place it under pillow.
Topical application: Dilute in a carrier oil, refer to Essential Oil Dilution Reference Guide. Apply the diluted essential oil to chest, behind earlobes and below nostrils.
